Yes, big question mark. How much of a role do they play, really?
I really like this channel and respect Traci and Shane for all the great info they have put out, but they also promote CIA agents Dane Wigington and Dutchsinse increasingly of late. This vid contains Wigington info. He is currently a MPD cyborg with xmtrs.

This info has been floating around for many years, promoted by the usual suspects. But the thing about the CIA is they sometimes put out a lot of truth or even a great deal.
To refresh my memory, i did a search for what i may have posted in the past about nexrad, and found this

(Damn, has that page gotten a bit corrupted or did i actually leave that many run-together words? Either a lot of spaces disappeared or i was spacier than i realized. If i was curious enough i could look up older versions on Wayback.)
That page was started back in '06 when it appeared that hurricanes were exacerbated/steered using black magic, demons, and toxic paranormal energies, and i seemed to get results addressing such things.

But by 2012 it was becoming clear that that was no longer working so well, and i said "what I believe is happening may be explained by Weatherwar101: it's likely the NEXRAD radars sending."

But then a few years later i realized Weatherwar101 is CIA too! At first i wrote

Red ice is CIA, and so is Sofia Smallstorm. The graphics were done by the WeatherWar guy.
It explains a little better. I can't get myself to watch his vids anymore, because i am too impatient to wait as the text scrolls endlessly at 1/3 my reading speed. But this vid has none of that.

Now, as far as i can tell without seeing a pic of him, The WeatherWar guy is OK. And i presume this is another case in which the SSers co-opt a sincere person in order to put the truth out there.

(Smallstorm was the satanist who put out a lot of prefab evidence that Sandy Hook was a hoax. Masons sometimes use the truth about their lies as a psyop. They gave us Alice Clones too.)

But later i changed my mind on Weatherwars, although i never saw a pic of this alleged person or was able to pin down what he/it/they was/is. Mainly because

So the question remains, are these towers really a part of the way storms are steered, and if so, how much of a role do they play?
Is it all just a light show to psyop us?

Countless times i have dissolved the standing wave patterns in chem simply by addressing the ETs (and incidentally gotten much better at it in the last couple weeks). But that does not mean they are the sole cause of them.

Anyone can write me if they see such patterns (fresh ones, not ones that are already dissolving -- much of this is happening automatically these days) and i will endeavor to get rid of them. Sometimes it is fast and easy and lasts a while; other times the enemy is doggedly persistent, but those are the most important ones to nail.

A good way to deal with the demons and bad entities etc controlling the weather is a small satellite dish and bubble tech piece in middle. JoeOrgoneBubbles is the channel of a guy doing just that. He shows how his 2D energy beam cuts in half, walls off, and drives these storms away. Its quite impressive. He is set up in Texas i think. Drives storms away that are still 3000miles out. If we had more made to just sit somewhere in the house pointed out at sea. The bastards would not stand a chance at making these things destructive to property and it would save lives and be a wrench in their works. As for the NEXRADs their energy would be transformed to harmless if enough people focused their incredibly powerful white magic bubble tech devices on ameliorating the energy from NEXRADs. We did it with 5G towers! Birds building nests raising young in them when they didnt before. When our inner manifestation side is fully released we are incredibly powerful. That is why mass consciousness alone has controlled the weather many times. As shown from the Coast2coast radio show years ago.

Interesting. I have often aimed stuff into the storm but never noticed a distinct effect on the radar map.

I watched a few of JoeOB's vids. Apparently the good radar map for checking on what effect the orgone is having is

That's for my region. For other regions you need to click on View Regional Sectors or View Continental Sectors. And try to figure out where the hell the places are on the map, which is nigh impossible if there is much activity, as the weather covers the map lines. But there will be white dots and you have to click on the nearest one.
And "13. Clean (LWIR)" should be selected.
I see there is also a Nexrad setting in case you want to check them.

The site is a bit slow to respond even with ethernet, and might require refreshing the page before the radar stuff shows.

Right now i've got a bunch of powerful stuff aimed at another approaching storm. I can feel a broad swath of strong energy blasting that direction, but don't see it having an obvious effect on the map.
So tentatively i conclude that the facial treatment is necessary to get that type of activity. I have already made some pieces for putting on a big disk, and have them cooking on the zap setup.
Also starting on a substantial monopipe CB that is designed to take advantage of that type of programming (will have plenty of metal and stones). If my hunch is right, this will work as well as a radar dish unit... We'll see.
I also have a small copper frame pyramid that i sense would work great in a parabolic dish

I guess the thing to do is look for a used dish somewhere...

I made 2 very strong items, which have been powering up for days. A couple days ago i noticed energy shifts and greatly improved erasure of old chem overhead.

This is the first i made. that is a 3" OD stainless steel auto tailpipe. It is still empty except for 1 large sphere. Lots  of stones and metals in the base which is approximately 2 gallons in size.

but i see no evidence on radar that it is doing anything. Huge red area covering almost all of OK just remains there.
And i also have a bunch of other stuff aiming at it. And no doubt other people also do.

Yesterday, it LOOKED like i was getting some effect blasting MO with just some long-distance stuff that i usually direct at the Little Rock AFB from hell. There was a section of MO where all the incoming red turned green, but then as the storm proceeded NE it turned red again. This went on for hours.

I have to wonder how often JoeOrgoneBubbles gets consistent results, and just how much he cherry-picks which vids he posts.

This is the other piece, still aiming up as my turtles program it. A first. These are my 16 large sentient turtles, and they are no slouches. They have been programming it for days.

I inherited a 24" clear plastic lazy susan from my mom. I cast 8 orgonite shapes a while back, which i placed on the charger for many days, along with the copper pipe. The small sphere is just an old April2014A sphere. So there are only 10 objects on it. I wanted to put more but my intuition was to stop there.
There is a hardware cloth and about a gallon of resin in the dish, which the objects are imbedded in. The pipe is still empty so far.
The programming seems to be ridiculously elaborate -- unless this thing is going to have more sophisticated functions than "merely" neutralizing storms.

That Oklahoma red still has not shrunk, and it is turning red further south. I keep moving my cannons toward more southern directions.
But this is right near JoeOB's area: Houston. And it keeps getting closer. In fact the southernmost point of the red is edging eastward, too, like it's going after Houston.

Update later: Now the whole mass of red has been shifting eastward, right into my area. Looks like rain should hit here real soon.
I will be curious what damage will be reported in the zone i have been blasting... Surely must be heavy flooding in OK and NE TX at least.
