Did he throw the fight? Not unlikely. Just as Rome likes to make itself look weak and a laughingstock, so does the US, oftentimes. Or more correctly, the Vatican has their US administrative district look that way when it suits them. (There, i used plural pronouns to refer to a singular subject. I'm adapting to the new English.)
The guy he fought, Vargas

is more into hand signs.
And is also a CIA Cat1 Etoid.
Indeed the 2 coincidentally happen to have a somewhat similar face structure. Even the ears and hair.
There's that lip-licking "I'm reptilian" sign again. Feels like he has a bit of reptilian blood, come to think of it. But i mainly get a strong Cat1 Etoid vibe. That bit of repty DNA makes him a bit more vulnerable to our orgone weapons.

Hoax. All these "prisoners" are Egyptoids. Handsigns out the wazoo. Dunno what the deal is with the farthest shoulder left; some odd shopping.

What is noteworthy is that none of them had an ET vibe until i cooked them a while. Even now, April 2018, there are many Egyptoids who remain unaffected by the general distribution of anti-Etoid devices.
Most concrete being poured on the planet has been getting the anti-Etoid pgm that goes into concrete, plus we are blasting them with many other devices and more programs. This makes many of them react energetically with a nasty vibe, but others still remain unaffected until specifically targeted.
These guys still don't have a very strong vibe, though, even after blasting them for hours. I dunno why.

The way i specifically nail individual Etoids is by mentally embedding one of my channel boogers or wands in each.

In this photo the children with carefree and innocent eyes are the Armenian girls of the Mush orphanage with their teacher Margaret. The photo was taken by a Norwegian missionary Bodil Katharine Biørn - a member of the Scandinavian organization “Women Missionary Workers”. They seem to be a distinct strain of Egyptoid hybrid.

The men have close-set eyes and the women wide. This woman has stronger Etoid features than most Amish women.
