Then it shows a remote Etoid village getting a road.

Then it goes on to mention the Kyrgyz people, who apparently are all Egyptoid. There are lots of pix online of them doing hand signs.

Then it mentions the Miao people, who have the same Category 2 vibe as the previous ethnicities.
They are not so wild about hand signs, but also feel evil.

Dan Winter is a very suspect dude. Look up his history of rubber checks and unpaid debts. What really bugs me about him though is his needlessly obscure wording. When I was more into ormus Winter of course had all sorts of confusing and strange things to say about that. His diagrams and such are interesting to look at, but I still don't know what the heck he really means by "heart math." He does a poor imitation of Buckminster Fuller. The only reason I bring up his sketchy past is that it doesn't surprise me. He is sketchy in many ways and I suspect he is pulling a con by organizing statements that can mean anything. Maybe I could be persuaded otherwise by someone, but my verdict remains that he is a bit of a con artist.

Yeah, i never could get into his ramblings. Sometimes he gets into weird word salad concoctions involving the imbedded true meaning of words, etc.
Probably just another CIA time-waster.
Like Etoid Bucky Fuller. In 1977-8 i went to Toward Tomorrow fairs in Amherst, MA. These were packed with CIA speakers. The 1977 one, i went into Bucky's lecture and couldn't follow a word of his monotone ramblings. I left after a few minutes. The next day i talked with someone else who attended his lecture and he too said he couldn't understand a thing.

John Bedini. He was associated with this crowd, but died recently. I don't know if he was a fraud, and indeed am inclined to think he made some good advances. A correspondent of mine says he made one of his Schoolgirl motors, and it works. BUT:

Peter Lindemann. 12 years ago someone told me he was rumored to be CIA, but i dismissed it because he didn't have a blood-ritual vibe (the extent of my discernment back then). I explained it away because that vibe traced to some CIA satanists, and i presumed Lindemann was just naive about his sources of materials.
