Is it true? Hell, yes, feels like it to me, but the activities were moved a few months ago, possibly in response to Heather's indiscretions. (I don't think she even mentions the original location in there, but i haven't read it real closely.)

Anyway, the good Draco know about it now, and started to hit it right away when i found it a few minutes ago.
If you read the PDF, you will understand why it would be good to put the victims out of their misery.

So actually, whether by design or not, it was pretty close to the truth. Or at least i found a U base looking for the base mentioned. This sort of thing sometimes happens.
I don't detect that there ever was a Heather, though.

I have some, took it some for a while many years ago, but somehow my body just got more and more repelled by it. I don't recall that it did anything for me.

This MMS thing is a good study in CIA psyops. The CIA promoted him via Project Scamalot etc., but also tore him down via other media. But the anti-MMS articles i read carefully avoided actually arguing against Jim's chemistry claims in any substantive manner, instead using straw-man arguments, oversimplifications, and distortions of what Jim was saying, leaving the "discerning" reader to believe that Jim was providing a viable alternative method of healing that the Establishment was eager to suppress.
