Then we must quickly delete their account again lest the CIA has intercepted their temporary password. And of the few who do change their password, most still never post. Maybe they realize we are too weird for them, I don't know. They get real quiet, never to be heard from again.

Schools across the country don't know how to deal with students who post toxic things online.
Anika Mallard was sitting in math class when a friend passed her the phone. It was pulled up to an Instagram account containing pictures of the 16-year-old and several other black students with nooses around their necks and side-by-side with monkeys.
This was a shocking bit of racism, even by the recent standards of California's Albany High, where seven of Mallard's peers had been caught giving each other the Nazi salute in the hallway.
