I have already addressed this hoax elsewhere, but i think this is a deliberate reference to that, especially considering that normally one would not refer to these as "boys":

Of course all along they have been called the Essex Boys, probably to set up this tie-in.
The Arkansas hoax is 1987, the Essex one 1995.
Also i suspect these 3 were the same shapeshifting reptilian.

These are likely scrawny older boys who've had the surgery down below but not above.

Is it my imagination or are their heads a bit large for their bodies?

One on left has gained a hint of a chin dimple to make him look more butch.
Note how different the teeth are on the crip here compared to 1st 2 pics! In the 1st 2 pix i posted, it is the standing boy who has similar teeth.
And Crip is sticking his thumbs through his fingers.

Has repty vibe. I would say he was most likely MTF based on the classic male Egyptoid traits.
Likewise the older 2.
The young Octavia had no protruding cheekbones, but these became more prominent with age, a development due to testosterone. But was it internally produced or administered pharmaceutically? I would say the latter based on the fact that very few Egytpoid hybrid girls have such nice cheeks.
