3 of these are the same guy. And another looks pretty similar.

Have a finger. I don't understand this hand. Looks like it has 5 fingers (not including a thumb) and 3 of them are gloved in read, and 2 in black.  One finger suggestively extended. Fingers look too short, while hand is too broad. Am i misinterpreting the image? I can't find more pix of such gloves. Probably some strange photoshop creation.
It kind of looks like the red-fingered hand is superimposed on the black-fingered. See how logo on black seems truncated.

There are a few signs in the article's pix, but the above one is SHOPPED. This boy's left hand has been altered and the apron stuck in.
In fact the pants look unreal, the ONE NAKED FOOT is from a mannequin and looks like it was just brushed with egg white. And the head was pasted on. But i think both head and body are male.
Some object may have been removed left of the boy, as the tile there looks questionable.
