I don't think this guy's pupils look like that due to shapeshifting, even though he is a repticlone. You can make anyone's pupils look like this with proper lighting.
If this is deliberate, it certainly is plausibly deniable. Question is, is it deliberate? I can't be sure, but since it is prominent in an ad, they certainly noticed it and went with it regardless of whether it was deliberate.

But both are the same head. And both heads look obviously shopped into position. The left one -- well -- most of us have a chin ABOVE the collarbone.

Is it due to blurriness that we can't see the cracks in the windshield in the 1st pic? Possibly. But what about the frosted markings on the body?
To me it looks like first they parked the car, opened the doors, strewed some junk nearby, and took some pics. Then they got out their sledgehammers...
And what is that black thing draped over the van's windshield?
