New registrants: if you try to register you will get a message that we are not accepting new members. Due to the limitations of this forum software which is not designed to deal with incessant CIA harrassment, we have no alternative but to disable automatic registration, and then we can't change this automatic message. Your account needs to be created by admin before you can post in the forums. Because otherwise, almost all registrants are CIA sock puppets. To get a forum account you need to send a brief presentation email to loohanforum at gee mail dot com, also suggesting a user name. Then we can enable you manually. But before you even do that, take a look around the forum and my site and decide whether you REALLY WANT to join/post, before you jack us around. Most seemingly genuine people who apply fail to even ever log in once to change their password after we go through the work of creating a membership for them. Then we must quickly delete their account again lest the CIA has intercepted their temporary password. And of the few who do change their password, most still never post. Maybe they realize we are too weird for them, I don't know. They get real quiet, never to be heard from again.

DIY a simple Orgone meter

I haven't tried this one, but it is a very cheap circuit to build.

some comment here.

where they speak about this file

and interesting this point.

If you  make  a coil of twin lead like speaker
wire, you  have two wires side by side. The only connecting  link  is  the
insulation between  the wires. If you connect a battery in series with one
wire and ground and then connect the  other  wire  to an electrometer, the
coil acts  as  a  capacitor. The electrometer will measure  the  "leakage"
current through the insulator. The current will probably be in nanoamps.
If you then bring the coil in the vicinity of the body, the current will
increase by  several  orders of magnitude. This is due to the scalar field
around the body. If the coil is placed  over  the  various chakras and the
output of the electrometer is connected to a chart recorder  you will even
be able to record the pulsation of each chakra.
Dr. Stark  used my idea in the creation of an instrument that became known
as an aura meter in Europe. It is also  known as an orgone meter. By using
such a meter, newage scientists can learn a lot about scalar fields.
In giving these "secrets" away, it is my intention to stimulate  research.
It is  not my intention to hand all my secrets over on a silver platter. A
good teacher will stimulate thinking processes.
I have  built  all kinds of these  "aura"  or  "orgone"  meters.  You  can
experiment with  different capacitor configurations and  dielectrics.  The
obvious question  is  --- if you can detect scalar fields with insulators,
can you generate these fields with insulators?  The answer is a resounding
    yes!
This goes  back to my earlier statement that capacitors  can  be  used  to
generate scalar   fields,  traveling  scalar  standing  waves  etc.   This
research has been used to create many kinds of transmitter and receivers.
The question of scalar acoustics really invloves the Neurophone.

Re: DIY a simple Orgone meter

I built this meter even though I own a LM3 orgone meter of heliognosis.
I was hoping it could be useful to give it away to friends and spread a little 'culture' of orgone, as the components are cheap.
However I am not satisfied with what I got.

I've built such an orgone meter, but with 10 pico Farad capacitor. Author used a strange one 0,0047 pico Farad. I suspect an error of him.
Multimeter is set to read AC input with a limit of  2 V.
in the battery version, it works even without plugging the battery, I have no correct idea why, putting out a higher Volts reading when I'm near it.
Actually I get 0,07 if near the capacitor and 0.05 at 3 meter of distance.
I have the same circuit in a breadboard setup, but here all the contacts are not isolated and I get 0,42V if near and 0,39 if away of it.
so a difference of 0,02V with the isolated circuit and a difference of 0,03 without isolated contacts etc.

Tried orgonites but the meter still says 0,05V with me away from it.
Consider that LM3 does not measure big differences in orgonite too. So this result is comparable.
Only the top of my CB has got a reading of 0,06V. so somehow it works. here I haven't tried the heliognosis, i have to build an extension cable to place it on top of CB.

in the simpler form, the meter without the 555 and simple connected to home AC it gives out 22,0V, without any differences if I am near the capacitor or away..
I mean this one
ac_ckt1.jpg

I suspect it needs a smaller capacitor, I will check tomorrow to a shop if they have...  or a vacuum tube, but the one I have for the LM3 has only one contact.

I've also tried a bigger capacitor, like 20 pico Farad, with lower readings, like 0,01V 0,02V

For the moment it's all.
I'm going to write to the author and see if that 0.0047 pico Farad capacitor is correct.

Re: DIY a simple Orgone meter

a similiar meter was done by people of heliognosis using a vacuum capacitor of 50 pF and a capacitance meter.
The capacitance of this tube is monitored using a precision capacitance meter circuit and then amplified to show the variation over time
