This is an actual girl, and human too, as far as i can tell, but note the nicely centered M.
Note butterfly. Yet, girl does not seem MPD. She is some kind of sex slave, though.

They wanted to call her Liam.

Obviously the name itself isn't unusual, but the French Government had issue with the fact they had picked a traditional boys name for a girl.

They were worried it "would be likely to create a risk of gender confusion", reports The Local .

The prosecutor said the name was "contrary to the interest of the child and could harm her in her social relations" and told a judge to ban the parents from using it.

Good to know that the Establishment control freaks are so strict when it comes to forestalling gender confusion.
Surprisingly, they did use an actual girl for this hoax, albeit one with very wide-set eyes.
