Funny, this reminds me of a tale i heard in Scientology, where a Scn mission supposedly burned down but the flames somehow spared just the room that contained all the folders of auditing (counseling) records of parishioners. A sign from on high.
When someone gets auditing, notes are kept on long-leaf paper which goes into manila folders, which stack up. Some individuals have dozens of such folders an inch thick each.
At least that's how it was done in the '80s. Maybe it is more digitized now.

In the first row, the guys in the second and third pics are the same and so is the guy in the second pic of the second row. The woman in the fourth pic in the first line is the same as the woman in the fourth pic on the third line. The woman in the fourth pic on the second line is the same as the woman in third pic on the third line.

Edit - Looks like the guy in the third pic of the second row is also a duplicate of the other three I mentioned.
