I saw a three-arch rainbow on the same day in Middletown, Delaware (150 miles south of the location of your picture). Just like in your picture, it looked like the rainbows were passing through and interacting with some chem smog. That wouldn't be possible if they were real clouds, because rainbows are always lower than natural clouds. We're having another wall-to-wall chem day today, which has been very common this spring. On the way to work this morning, I discovered a waste pile from the latest road construction project, which has plenty of pretty rose and white quartz in granite matrix with a few tiny garnets. I find that rocks are easy to re-program (because the Committee has already programmed all the rocks and metal) with new programs when they are moved from their original place by digging or road-grading. There is so much roadwork and home construction in our area right now, and more chem than I can ever remember. Coincidence? Nope.
