There are a few hand signs here, but many of them appear to be doctored to make them more prominent.

The one with the question mark does not even seem to be a sign. Yet it appears the shading has been doctored. Looks like it to me, anyway. Maybe to make it fit in with the others.
Also the MTF repticlone lower left: check how thick those ham-hock forearms are. I suspect doctored to make him look more butch.

What is going on with the FTM's hand here?

The MTF is doing a regular hand sign, but the FTM... well, she has her first 2 fingers more snug than the others, but not by much.
So what is the purpose of the shopping? Look at the oddly deep shadowing on the back of the palm. And how the ring finger and pinky are bent as though double-jointed.
Were they merely trying to create a hand sign where there was none? Note that the deep shadows are on the fingers they want to give a subtly parted look.

Same guy? No. I don't think these images are manipulated, But they had me going for a minute. Both are live CIA repticlones with about the same vibe. But the "killer" on the left looks more Egyptoid than the "deceased".
There are other pix of both of these CIA repticlones on the web, and it is clear they always look different in the same ways (ears, cheekbones...)
Yet, i doubt it is a coincidence that they look so similar.

Speaking of coincidences, the perp here is called Eric Rivera. The reason i found this hoax story is because i was searching for pix of a different Eric Rivera:

Coincidence? Look how similar Rachel Joy Piland (left) and Sarah Huckabee Sanders look. Even the same hairdo. But they are different CIA repticlones. Sarah looks a bit chubbier, and lacks the chin cleft.

I wonder why this pic is so wonky. For one thing, it is reversed, but why is this cheekboneless CIA repticlone wearing his shades so dramatically askew? And why does one ear seem so much lower? Is it to indicate that the whole hoax is wonky?
