I've been watching old TV re-runs with human actors on YT and paying attention to the lips. The seeming edge of tongue some distance from the corner of the mouth, like on the left here, is actually a very common optical illusion for some reason. Nevertheless i think this is probably her tongue here.

Another big factor? Gorgeous genetics; Hayek has inherited her striking appearance from her Lebanese father and Mexican-Spanish mother. ...
