Now the tongue is over the UPPER lip. But the lower lip also does not meet the corner of the mouth. Looks like the edge of a tongue there. I do not detect any silicone or plastic, so i must tentatively conclude that the lower lip was shopped to conspire against Cmdr Loohan.

I think the tongue is up here too, and the teeth are shopped.

In the next pic we get the lookalike perp, a blonde named Ebony. Upturned upper lip like the victim.
