1st pic is so blurry and features a central chalice. There is an arm between 3 actors, whose ownership takes some time to figure out.

Note how shredded he is. Or was.

Yet here he has no definition but has gained a chest tattoo. Is it photoshopped or does it just look like it due to digital weirdness?
Looks like he has really let himself go since his fitness days. So why is he showing off his unenviable physique? Is it normal for people to shop dressed like this in Brazil (CIA colony)? It is a warm place... And they allow dogs in stores?
He does not even have a pocket so has to stuff his phone down his crotch in a suggestive manner, thus juxtaposing BWR near center.
He also has a big B&W strap across his insipid chest, and a red strap around his wrist. In the vid we clearly see that he has a B&W pack suspended from the strap (as well as the dog leash), into which he reaches immediately after securing his phone in erection position -- why did he not stick the phone into the pack? What is he reaching for --- he is not ready to pay for anything?
Why is the victim's face blurred in the vid?

Then we see him walking along, phone now near ear. Maybe he did not tuck it away better because he was expecting an important call?
That white ring on a tripod is also prominent in the vid. No idea what it is. It is white and encircles B&R.  That black thing is apparently a fan sitting on the floor. There seems to be an odd line on the floor there.
In the above pic we see that he is strolling toward the exit, presumably having accomplished his mission, casually talking on the phone. He turns his head to stare in the direction of the ring thing as he calmly strolls past.
The text says "A second camera captured de Souza rushing out of the store."
Then we see some other people going back and forth, including another guy in BWR with a big 10 on his shirt. Nothing juicy like a 9. Unclear why this is included at the end of the vid, unless it is to show that nobody heard or suspected any violent struggle.

Victim does One Eye and 3-fingers. Spot of magenta. But these are all trivial red flags of scant significance.
Victim is posed in another pic in BWR. Perp is posed giving a Saturn finger.
"De Souza was accused of stabbing and killing Carla Fabrete ..." Maybe he was getting his knife out of his pouch earlier?

I tried to look up WHEN he was a champ. But his name is apparently very common:

Other bodybuilders by that name, too. But when i googled "Wenderson de Souza body building champ" i only got this DM article.

Civil Police chief Raffaela Aguiar told Brazilian news outlet G1 that de Souza said he did not know Fabrete and chose to attack her at random.

'During questioning, he stated that he had left home that day to harm someone, but that someone was a woman, because she was a more vulnerable being,' Aguiar said.

'We were able to show that the perpetrator chose the victim at random, however, it is a randomness that goes as far as the motivation for the crime' the official said added.

Aguiar added that de Souza spent 10 minutes analyzing the shops on the street while he walked his dog before he set his eyes on Fabrete's shop. ...

Police said Wenderson de Souza confessed that he wanted to cause harm to a woman ...

De Souza served a stint in jail from March 2018 to July 2019 for attempted car robbery and domestic violence. (No mugshot though.)

The perp and victim DO feel like dead humans. I can feel the minerals in their bones, so they have not been cremated.
The other random people do feel human too.
The story is crazy, though, with things that make no sense.
I could not find a pic of police chief Raffaela Aguiar, but i'm pretty sure he is a RC.
