X and sole on centerline. What is he doing? Why is he just holding part of the hose aloft? Where is the fire? Looks more like unkempt shrubbery. Lots of parked vehicles between the source of the hose and the shrubs. But at least some of these are responder vehicles which could have been moved to get the fire truck closer, the better to irrigate the shrubs..
