New registrants: if you try to register you will get a message that we are not accepting new members. Due to the limitations of this forum software which is not designed to deal with incessant CIA harrassment, we have no alternative but to disable automatic registration, and then we can't change this automatic message. Your account needs to be created by admin before you can post in the forums. Because otherwise, almost all registrants are CIA sock puppets. To get a forum account you need to send a brief presentation email to loohanforum at gee mail dot com, also suggesting a user name. Then we can enable you manually. But before you even do that, take a look around the forum and my site and decide whether you REALLY WANT to join/post, before you jack us around. Most seemingly genuine people who apply fail to even ever log in once to change their password after we go through the work of creating a membership for them. Then we must quickly delete their account again lest the CIA has intercepted their temporary password. And of the few who do change their password, most still never post. Maybe they realize we are too weird for them, I don't know. They get real quiet, never to be heard from again.

GLOSSARY: Sometimes unusual terminology or abbreviations are used that with some luck you might find defined here.

how to rip buyers off on eBay

(post moved)

Quite simple. Person A buys something from you. You take the money and send Person A the tracking number for a package you are sending to Person B.
Person B's package is delivered and shows up on the USPS site as Delivered.

Person A then has no recourse except to contact the buyer and a really stupid eBay bot, and all they do is repeatedly send the same proof that USPS certifies it as delivered. And each time they re-send it, it is "Updated Information" and eBay says it has to be another 3 days before Person A can ask them to step in again. But they never do step in, just re-send the info.

So Person A finds out there is a phone number for eBay support. And gets a bot saying the number is strictly for fraud cases. But once the bot finds out Person A is a buyer, it just tries to send them back to the same email "support" that goes nowhere.

Of course there may be recourse via the bank. I have to drive down to the branch 30 miles away with all the correspondence to try to get relief that way.
I will be much more reluctant to buy anything on eBay henceforth.

eBay is a reptilian company.

Re: how to rip buyers off on eBay

Email i just got:

This case is now closed

Hi Dexter,

We're sorry you had a problem with your purchase. However, the seller provided tracking information that shows the item was delivered to your address.

After reviewing all the details of this case, we determined that you won't receive a refund.

Re: how to rip buyers off on eBay

I thought eBay was not a govt business, but doing a search for its execs i found

Ex-eBay execs get prison time for bizarre harassment scheme

These guys are Fifth Agency RCs! And got super vibed-up as soon as i blasted them, sacrificing large quantities of 5th agency bases under a large area SE of Dallas. Hitting me hard as soon as they were addressed. Main power spot here:
31.733668427797298, -94.61575493997856
Making me tremble a bit. And meanwhile these 2 bozos got fortified with a TH-like vibe that i will have to try to analyze once things settle down.

BOSTON (AP) — A former eBay Inc. executive was sentenced on Thursday to almost five years in prison for leading a scheme to terrorize the creators of an online newsletter that included sending live spiders, cockroaches, a funeral wreath and other disturbing deliveries to their home.

David Steiner, who along with his wife was the target of the harassment campaign, told the court that eBay former Senior Director of Safety and Security James Baugh and other eBay employees made their lives “a living hell.” He expressed fear that other companies would use it as a blueprint to go after journalists in the future.

“This was a bizarre, premeditated assault on our lives ... with buy-in at the highest levels of eBay,” Steiner told the judge.

Another former eBay executive, David Harville, was sentenced later Thursday to two years behind bars for his role in the scheme targeting David and Ina Steiner, the publisher and reporter who angered executives with coverage of the company in their newsletter, eCommerceBytes.

Baugh and Harville, eBay’s onetime director of global resiliency, are among seven former employees who have pleaded guilty to charges in the case.

Court records in the case show how the top eBay executives became enraged by the Steiners’ newsletter and readers who posted comments criticizing the company on their site, which eBay viewed as a threat to its business.

LOL, even a wikipedia entry about this hoax:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EBay_stalking_scandal

The eBay stalking scandal was a campaign conducted in 2019 by eBay and contractors. The scandal involved the aggressive stalking and harassment of two e-commerce bloggers, Ina and David Steiner, who wrote frequent commentary about eBay on their website

And there are lots of pics of David and Ina Steiner on the web.
As soon as i blasted these (CIA RCs) i got hit surprisingly hard as well, from CIA under an area centered around
35.64146364322867, -79.78100564496722 east of Ulah, NC.

Whew! I still have not figured out what the energy is these days, coming out of U bases. I started on a device hoped to clarify that situation, but it got stalled due to a hiatus in inspiration.

That news article is September 30, 2022 (9/3/22)
Of course they are are not in prison. One would have been let out by now if he indeed ever was, which of course he wasn't.
Looking at the caption under the pic, only one of those guys was supposed to be one of the perps. The other guy may be a lawyer. But both have the same 5th agency vibe,

The current official execs:
https://www.ebayinc.com/company/our-leaders/
have the same vibe, including that hard, quasi-TH vibe. Why so tough, to run eBay?

I realized the vendor is a Blankster, but she does not have a govt agent vibe.
