Somehow the trees look unaffected. Look how tightly they wrap around the house. But, you may be thinking, of course they grew a lot after the fire. Nope, the text says "On Friday night, the mystery deepened even further when his empty house on the 12000 block of Conners Highway went up in flames, along with several cars."
The wooden floor did not burn up. I suspect it was drenched in fire-retardant water before the fire. Not to mention the shrubbery. And the staircase.

55. Note how the cars don't really look that burned, and the carport survived. Nice white Open Door is relatively un-smudged. BWR car was parked so close that the door can't be closed. The wildlife probably enjoyed this. Seems like an odd design; space for a car but door too close.

Red in center. Sun-drenched? It has trees all around touching the siding, or very close to it. Someone must have been working the perimeter weekly with shears and loppers if indeed the foliage was not allowed to touch the siding. Then again, the house was "abandoned" which could explain the rampant foliage, but not why none of it burned.
NO PICS show a 3rd story. But 3 is a nice number.

Something funny about the framing. Note the 3 triangles (3X3 deliberate?}. I think this wall was propped up with those diagonals. Those can't be ceiling joists that fell down. You don't use 2X4 ceiling joists on a roof that large.
Also i dunno how common it is for joists to align with the wall studs so perfectly, although that is ideal. And the spacing is way too much for both a wall and a ceiling. Unless there were 2 windows side-by-side there, explaining also the shorter 2X4s. In which case there would have been much more lumber and space between the windows, to support the weight of the roof! And there are NO HEADERS above the "windows".
And the joists would be part of pre-fab trusses or else there would be stick-built rafters attached up there.
More incriminating is all those 2X4s just tacked onto the OUTSIDE of the rim joist or whatever you call it. They should be nailed to a piece running horizontally on top of the floor. Note also how close together a bunch are on the left corner.
In fact, are those even 2X4s? Dunno but to me they seem like they could be 2X3s, a very non-standard size.

I was thinking of talking to my shrink about my propensity to see penises everywhere, until i notice the added red. Next to BWY, of cxourse.
33 near centerline above the Big G. Seems they often put red flags directly above each other even off-centerline. Even a Nike swoosh here. Also that hand below has finger positions i often see, but is there really a hand sign like that? I think in the early days i called it out but then i seriously leaned in the direction of calling every hand a hand sign back then.
Infinity sign near center is a nice plus but i don't think this pic was staged, merely chosen. Or was it?
