Nice vid. Even though i'm subscribed, i hadn't checked it out yet.
Note that at one point they quote CIA RC Dane Wigington going on about metal nanoparticles in the CTs. I have not noticed metals in CTs for years now.

I get a NSA, NOAA, and NASA vibe off of the beams, but haven't been able to trace source locations.

I also get a Third Agency vibe related to the lithium hunger, but have not found any lithium mining companies own by the 3rd agency.

Now, there is another possibility to keep in mind: it COULD be that they can't really influence a storm that much.
I just watched a vid by Suspicious Observers

and he claims that they really do not have power to do more than slightly influence the storm. Yes there are patents but that doesn't necessarily mean the patented devices WORK well.

Could we be being played? Are those beams CGI or merely harmless beams that show up on radar? Where do these radar images come from, anyway? Are there any that don't come from NOAA?
BTW i tried to find such quality radar coverage online with no result, gave up. There were a couple that refused to load though, perhaps because i only get 1.3 mbps. It was 1.4 for the first couple years but Windstream reduced it to 1.3 to make it more Masonic.

So i checked out the guy whose vid they played sections of in the vid Uros posted. He's In2ThinAir and vibes as sincere. Here's his latest vid, BTW, with more beams:

I really don't know where the truth lies. I do sense those agencies involved, but are they only collaborating on BSing us, generating conspiracy psyops as usual? As Suspicious points out, the truth community is especially targeted by manufactured conspiracy theories.
Maybe they ARE manipulating the weather to some extent, but maybe that extent is not very much, and they are leaving just enough evidence to get us fired up, i dunno.

June 8, '06: Weather mod: Once again, i will go on record as predicting that weather mod is almost a dinosaur. Expect this year to have the mildest hurricane season in a long time.
The 5 weatherships are history, as are other weather-mod craft. And any new ones that may appear can probably be easily dealt with. HAARP and several other major sites are pretty grailed-out. Black magic has lost most of its horsepower, and is losing more daily.

June 23, '06: I see that "There are currently no Tropical Storm Advisories..." I think it's pathetic that all those guys at NOAA are drawing big fat salaries, and can't even get a decent hurricane started. Here it is past the solstice, and nada. What a bunch of inept parasites. I shredded on them a bit yesterday, and will do more from time to time. I resent the fact that they are well paid for doing nothing, while i am unpaid for doing a good job.

Anyway, wunderground has now downgraded Carlotta to a storm.

Aug 25, 2006: So what is your explanation for the fact that i have repeatedly conspicuously disagreed with NOAA's predictions about hurricanes, and been right? Coincidence?
Once again i will go on record as predicting that engineered hurricanes are pretty much a thing of the past. We may get a hurricane or 2, but they won't be very frightful. From here on out.
And droughts are going to continue to fade away. Mark my words. {OK so i didn't bat 1000.}

Maybe to obvious coincidence so many simultaneous events. If not tech, the solar storms, magnetic poles shift, or any other nature's kickback?
Sometimes little handy orgonite can bust a big storm and sometimes it does just a little. I'm somehow sure something is included purposely as I almost always feel it's squeezing my bones out and mess with my immune system. Probably some untraceable pattern of random chain triggers, including space technology. Maybe we need some patterns tracing specialized pgm.

So i'm only a few minutes into this vid which did not come up in my feed last night even tho i'm subscribed. Found the site they show:

which says "Watch the live stream above for the latest on Hurricane Milton."
But there is only a stationary image of the Channel 10 weather logo there! I can't even find out WHERE the eye of the storm is to comapare it to the boats' locations!

But the storm is just north of Merida, and hardly any ships shown there now.

Also, in the vid they show a pic from GREENPEACE showing such a tanker. And Greenpeace is Vatican-controlled, so again i reserve some skepticism. Just a tiny bit, though.

Just caught vibe of hundreds of CIA U bases, while scanning the pic of the storm. But the bases are all under the southern half of FL.
This means the U bases were energetically connected to the storm...

Now hundreds more were vibing up an area many miles WEST of the storm. These CIA bases were mostly under Isla de la Juventud, Cuba (CIA colony). Which is east of the storm.

BTW i also noticed many CIA bases flaring up under the Helene-damaged region a little while ago.

Now i just noticed the arrival of 8 Ta'l craft over the Gulf, plus 4 more Alah-kur craft. These are allies. There have been 4 Alah-kur craft there already a while. Not sure what they will be able to do.

Hmmm, storm suddenly dropped quite a bit SOUTH instead of east. Did the allies modify its course, or did the perps decide to harrass MX a bit? Or was it mostly a natural change in path?

Well, Milton kind of fizzled and turned out less damaging than predicted. Was that because of the work the allies and i did? Or, as some suggest, were the forecasts deliberately exaggerated to freak people out?
