Now the funny incisor is on the other side.  But the pic is flipped, if it is in agreement with other details as we shall see. 3 fingers.

I am not qualified to make sense of this image. Happens to resemble the symbol for woman. It says right armpit but the R is on the other side. I presume the R means rear view. They say in the text as well that the lump was on the right side. And the big incisor pic has it on the same side as the bandage, so that one is merely a flipped image.
Seems oddly convoluted. The incisor thing is on a different side from the usual, but if you pay close enough attention you see it is on her right after all.

Wow, i knew he had a super wide mouth, but never saw this pic before.
Once i watched a few minutes of a movie with him. He kept his mouth rigorously pursed the whole time, which made him look very feminine. He is trained to talk like that and look natural. But at other times he overtly flaunts this male trait when it would be super easy to pose with a small mouth.
Just as one can find images of Dwayne Johnson and Hulk Hogan in tight pants with no crotch bulge. No accident.
