If my teeth looked like that i would not show them off when posing.
It looks like his right incisor is much smaller than the normally-smaller tooth next to it.

One of these pics must be flipped. A bit hard to tell, but i think the weird teeth are a bridge. And some of the woman's also has several imperfect teeth of the same material.

Boy starts to climb back up. Then at 0:24 it switches to an unrelated scene. Then later back to the original spot. Except now they show another boy approaching him threateningly before he leaps again.
Then the same train approaches again, coming back from the opposite direction at a crawl. Then at 0:58 yet a 3rd scene is shown. No audio explanation. A boy and girl walk out to take phone pics.
