Back in 1999 i bought this book
https://www.jsjinc.net/proddetail.php?prod=TOH
and it helped me a lot. Very easy hand holds one can do on oneself. I had a lot of profound energy-healing experiences.
These days there is a lot of info on the web
https://www.google.com/search?client=ub … d=27022879
so maybe one needn't buy the book. I have not studied the websites.

This is all interesting but what does it have to do with the title of the thread?

Maybe the connection was made pertaining to chi? In my mind I connect tai chi to embracing tree to increasing chi to this thread. But then, I have an extremely connective thought process
Either way this thread is great! I am very much a visual person so went on YouTube to see people doing it. That's how I make it stick in my brain as useful info, vs a book that I don't have readily available. I'm not as good with websites either for new things. After seeing it done I tried it out. After battling the fear that i am doing it wrong, or that i was watching a lizard clone giving disinfo, or that it was too easy to actually work (eternal pessimist), I am now trying to get my brain to implement this into my morning routine. (I'm thinking "on the subway on my way to work". New things take effort to make space in my head because of my comfort with routine, but important stuff (stuff I consider a priority) always gets in there eventually. Even just writing these few sentences, I feel it kick up a notch in priority. Thanks for this info Loohan!
