I don't think this exact scene is in there. The CIA uses its usual cowardly obfuscative gimmick of putting the action into a non-downloadable vid that blocks the view if you stop it to attempt to scrutinize.
The legs here seem to just stick out oddly by themselves to make a sole display.

They pull out what appears to be a white guy with light hair. He does not have dentures.
