Blurry vid looked pretty odd and hard to fathom. So i found it on YT where one can scrutinize better:

I set it to 1/4 speed playback to make sure of what i was seeing. At 0:07 elephant seems to pick up the leg of a white woman in a halter top, or else her shirt slides down over her white belly as she is suspended upside-down. The exact moment of how her leg got trapped in the trunk is conveniently obscured by a small tree. Elephant begins rotating. That is the last we see of this actress, as there is a 2nd convenient tree blocking the view.
The elephant continues to rotate and we see what appears to be some empty clothing or cloth being swung out horizontally. Nobody in there that i detect, and the cloth seems too light, i think. Then a dark-skinned stunt woman who was on the elephant's neck deliberately drops down and falls, and  soon springs back up back up apparently unharmed. Meanwhile the pachyderm continues to rotate clockwise. Then the scene to the right of the elephant gets very blurry and incomprehensible as ostensibly the white woman falls.

But she is not actually recognizable as being there. Then the BWR-bedecked elephant starts rotating counterclockwise and walks off but the purported woman is too blurry to be sure what is really there.
All in all though, i would be more inclined to believe this was a real unstaged event if not everyone depicted was a RC. Even so, it seems to have been difficult to stage. I wonder how many times they ran through it.
PETA is CIA. I doubt the white woman is Russian as she is not FSB and i detect no connections to RU. I think she is a pale Indian.
