All CGI. I even watched the vid.
Yet, this place does exist. and anyone can look up the gas station in google maps:

There is a clear street view.
And anyone can drive by there and stop and walk around. There is a Post Office next to the gas station.
They must have scanned in the scene, then staged the accident aftermath.
The "people" shown in the vid, at least some of them, must be facsimiles of the actual CIA RCs who reside in the house that the truck headed towards.
Seems to me it would have been easier to only have the accident itself be CGI, and the rest real footage. But no, it's all CGI. Piece of cake these days.
No fire at least. In the movies if a vehicle smashes into gas pumps it's WWHOOFFF! Ka-blooey!
