We all inadvertently do this much of an M sign several times daily. But note how it is conspicuously and unnaturally presented and highlighted here.
Is it plausible here that there are no shadows anywhere other than of his hands and arms? And the yellow ribbon? Well maybe, given the angle of the lighting. Looks like a bit of shadow of his shin. But note how dark they are. Ribbon shadow looks too dark considering that thin yellow plastic does not block light that well.
