This hoax has been in the news lately. I did not notice any juicy red flags in the DM articles about it.
At 0:09 the vibeless CGI "vehicle" happens to be conveniently invisible behind a big pillar at the moment that it inexplicably goes airborne like a rocket. It seems to me that the trajectory is flatter than what is congruent with the speed it was moving just prior. But i'm not a physics expert; you decide.

The other cars shown moving through the checkpoint are also CGI.
The "persons" depicted as well as the narrator are CIA RCs.
