Looks a lot like this FTM actor playing a role with almost the same name. More pics of FTM on that page.
In vid, the cops trail the truck for almost 4 minutes! as it weaves wildly with the passenger door flapping in the breeze. For most of this time the cab rocks back and forth inexplicably. Then the truck pulls a U turn on the highway to go the wrong way up an entrance ramp.
All the vehicles facing the opposite way on the ramp happen to be driven by CIA RCs and are pulled over onto the shoulder. The traffic on the hwy itself is normal. Dunno how they managed to keep regular traffic off that ramp.
Meanwhile the closest cop car inexplicably drops way back as though the trucker had activated his turbochargers.
The chase continues that way for a long time, in the wrong direction of the fast lane of the hwy with ordinary traffic in the other lanes! The 2nd cop car, which is filming, seems to attempt to pass the first one on the shoulder!?!
Then scene abrubtly shifts to an in-city crossing.
The truck is weaving but no longer swaying at all. Obviously the earlier rocking was not caused by a low tire. They race through ordinary city traffic. The truck slows as it has to merge right as the road ends, forcing ordinary traffic to slow down or halt to avoid a collision.
Later the truck straddles the median to get around a car stopped at a light. Truck weaves, straddling the lane-dividing line, and after a while starts rocking wildly again, as though it had air shocks being inflated alternatingly from side to side.
At 7:55 the cop car manages to pass on the right. The truck disappears from view as the cop pulls into the left lane but continues to race at a high speed instead of slowing down to force the truck to stop. This continues for some time, no truck in view, cop passing traffic until the road is blocked at a stop light except for the left turn lane, into which the cop drives. And stops. Then we see the truck going the wrong way in the fast lane of the opposing traffic. Then presto, we are back on a highway, oddly foggy, with another cop car in front of the cam. Windshield is inexplicably blurred so we can't see much. Thus the vid eventually just ends without showing the truck for some time. Or much of anything except a blurry cop car in front of it and trees. 11 minutes long. No pulling over the truck, making arrest, etc.

Why does she say minus when she means plus? Is she a math teacher? Nope, science. Scientists don't need math.
So she pays (assuming we use those figures as monthly instead of biweekly) 4800/year on her car. What does she drive? And 1200 on insurance? For what? Does she own a house? No mention of kids. Personal health insurance plus car? Considering her deductions are so high, some of that must already be for health insurance?
And if we take bi-weekly literally, then she pays 10,400K on car and 2600 on insurance.
