Ear size difference seems exaggerated on this MTF. Right side of face seems horizontally shrunken. Divergent eyes appear to be at different altitudes, plus the lower one aims down and has a heavier eyelid. Unusual as he looks crosseyed as well, but i'm calling them divergent nonetheless.
