Five pounds of marijuana. For this to be marijuana it would have to be entire dried plants, stems and all. Even then i doubt the resemblance would be great, but of course i have no knowledge of such matters.
Nothing that looks like bud. Nor could this mess have been grown, harvested, and dried in the park. It most closely resembles what a grower would compost, discard, or burn.
