Sure has flexible leg muscles. I wish i could lift my toes that high in such a position.
Legs sure are thin. The closer one looks thinner. Compare with fiancee's which are further away.

No explanation why he is pointing to one foot, which happens to display a bit of sole.
Same leg also appears thinner here.
I don't know what to make of this, as these are regular humans, as far as i can tell, devoid of COTHS or CIA vibes.
Presumably he really does have cancer, which explains the shriveled leg muscles.
In the vid, his gait is stiff, with a bit of a limp. He does not look well.

Homepage animation clearly show that he does not swerve the least bit. Nor, for that matter, does the dog come within a foot of his bike. Yet he gradually leans over to the left more and more, in a situation any ordinary bicyclist would not be at all fazed by. Several times in my life i have had dogs run up to my bike, sometimes attempting to bite me. I was never in danger of falling over.

No cold wrap; at least i can't find pics online of any like this. Looks like a napkin, but i doubt airlines use napkins like this.

No explanation for the differences in the "meal".
First we see  a few pineapple chunks in a tray with tangerines, then we see more pineapple chunks in plastic wrap with the small tray gone but a banana added. Nuts are in a different beverage container.
Pineapple in 1st pic looks too translucent, perhaps deliberately sloppy photoshopping.

What is that wicker mess, rodent habitiat?

The only trinket shown is this "chalice worth £30,000 {3}" made of pewter even though the title refers to "Sacred silver including chalices". It does feel like an antique, though.
Chalices are red flags, in fact are probably the archetype that liquid containers are based on.
