This is, of course, just an ugly female CIA RC as i have mentioned before. But more and more lately i have been noticing something that has no dout been going on a long time: actors PUSHING OUT THEIR LOWER LIP WITH THEIR TONGUE. I think it probably qualifies as a Masonic signal.
One can clearly see that the bulge starts below the lip.
