Camera is not mentioned. View is rigidly stable, unlike blowing-in-the-wind security cams we see in the past. Yet, the mid-street view seems unlikely for a security cam. The picture is narrowly vertical with the type of weird blurred side mirroring sometimes seen in phone cam vids. Something i have never understood the purpose of.

Too weird. This is the website of the University of California San Francisco, and the top of the home page features a CIA child prostitute with an enlarged left ear. Pointing at a spot of turquoise-colored fake bling on centerline. 2 more turquoise eggs behind.

Could it be a true story nonetheless? Yes, the medical part could be real, but it seems odd that their feature story would happen to be about a known class of hoax actors.
