At the beginning of the vid, a transit bus pulls away from the curb, apparently EMPTY. All the vehicles are driven by CIA RCs. All the people milling about and gawking etc in the whole article are CIA RCs.
Amazing stuntwork. At 0:12 you see the car come to rest just behind the shadow of the lamp post. Note its position and compare with the still pics. Note the SHADOWS too. Much different from the later still pics. Of course, time does elapse in the real world, but we are talking many hours here.

Note shadow angle just prior to the wreck.
At 2:39 in the vid, the scene still looks fairly fresh, but it must be noon according to the shadows. At 2:50 it is much later yet still a mess. Note the absurd traffic cone.

This is the opposite side of the street, so shadow means it is significantly after the crash.

Looks like hours after the wreck, judging by the actors' shadows, and the ambulance is just now pulling away?
OK, one could attribute this to a mismatched caption. But, would there still be such a crowd just standing there and looking at the aftermath hours later? Aren't city people busy with their lives? Don't they have to work Mondays? These do not look like tourists, and it is not the tourist season.

Radically different shadow angle. So many hours later, and they are still holding up traffic, and the car has not been towed? "Working" on a salary. Only CIA RCs get the cushy jobs.

Again, must be some time after the wreck, and there is a dense mob hanging out behind the ribbon.
Note position of car. Is it my imagination or has it been pulled forward a foot or two from where it landed?
