VERY strange.
--At 0:39 we are told that this video shows a truck pulling a trailer, yet it is not there yet. We just see the back of some car.
--At 0:42 the truck and trailer materialize out of thin air behind that car. Really wild careening ensues. NO POTHOLES SEEN.
--Truck comes to very abrupt halt in video, right in front of the filming vehicle, yet the latter instantly stops when it should have rammed into the former.

No explanation why there would be this underground area underneath a rural highway.
