But why is the one on with the ribbon tied to it only in one pic? This post has a way of disappearing and reappearing. Let us call it POST X.
And where did the yellow phallus and other objects disappear to? And the human-shaped debris we got a close-up of?
I watched the vids to see if this Post X appeared there.
Post X is not in the first 3 vids. However, the 2nd vid does linger on a B&W car with red roses affixed to its grill, which has a smashed-in roof and shattered windshield. How did that happen?

In the first vid, taken by cameras swinging in the breeze, the van drives by this car without hitting it or knocking anyone into it.
In the 4th vid Post X reappears. At 0:35 is the only moment i noticed that they show us it actually is stuck into the sidewalk. Is there a receptacle on the sidewalk there that a post can fit into? Any NYC readers out there want to check this out?
Also in the 4th vid, at 0:12 there is that yellow phallus, but in the wrong place. No Post X at that time.
Note that we never see the bases of the yellow thing or some other disappearing stuff. Always cars or something blocking the view.

In this pic we see that the ribbon is presumably tied to the more distant post. And all the debris has materialized on the ground.
The 5th vid has no audio or obvious purpose. It pans around the broader scene a lot. Repeatedly lingers on small Twin Posts in the foreground. You can see these, for example, at 0:51 with, behind them, the "missing" Post X, yellow phallus, etc.
They blocked a lot of traffic on Brooklyn for some time. Oodles of salaried public servant milling about not doing much.
