Is there any reason to show a pic of the cop standing there, other than to display the sunrise on centerline?
And why is her drawstring tied to the door handle? To keep her from running away? Looks hazardous.

This is the first pic. So, in the 2nd pic the woman is waiting outside because she can't stomach the gore?
Or is it because she lacks a hazmat suit? Is it normal for cops to wear them at stabbing scenes now? Or are these the cadaver-disposal guys? Are those body bags the guy is holding?  Why would they need a police escort?
No wait, the text says "A four-year-old girl, two-year-old boy and a three-month-old baby boy were all rushed to hospital" and the 4th victim is the perp, who stabbed 4 people including herself, none fatally as far as we know so far.
