Vid starts out with the dog rolling PLAYFULLY on the asphalt.
Vid is too blurry to see if there are actually any wires emitted by the taser. But dog freezes up, amazingly rigid except for a flick of the tail, as he is dragged by his leash. I have never seen a real tasing so don't know how legit this looks, but i suspect the dog was somehow trained to do this stunt.

Then at 0:33 (33!) the cop who is talking inexplicably falls over sideways like a chopped tree.
