Edit: I need to come up with a shorter term to label these with. How about Lite TH? Yeah, henceforth i will call them Lite THs. This is a bit awkward too, as there are shades of grey in between, and all these new, tougher RCs have a bit of TH-y vibe. But now almost all RC actors and gang-stalkers are at least Nouveau RC, so i will not use this term unless they stand out more in terms of TH vibe.
