Fuel Paige’s Lawsuit Against CVS

Paige Casey is a young Catholic nurse practitioner. For years, she faithfully served her community, working at a local CVS MinuteClinic.

When she was hired, she made her employer aware that her religious beliefs prevented her from prescribing or dispensing abortifacients.

CVS accommodated her religious conviction for three-and-a-half years and didn’t require her to administer any life-ending drugs.

But in 2022, CVS told Paige it would no longer accommodate her religious freedom. And they fired her for religious beliefs against facilitating abortion—just two days after she earned a performance-based raise.

This is blatant religious discrimination, and according to Virginia law — it’s illegal.

That’s why Alliance Defending Freedom has taken on Paige’s case and filed a lawsuit against CVS.

No one is above the law. Not even multi-million dollar corporations.

Actually such concerns used to be quite real, but with the forced decline of blood-ritual black magic, i no longer notice such things in movies. There probably still is a bit in video games, which i eschew.
