UNIV-73 appears to be photoshopped on boy with middle finger. What does it mean? I did a search but found nothing.

Do they really do mugshots at this angle? I saw one like this recently in another seemingly-true story -- but was it true?

Really? So why does the headline say "She tearfully tells him in witness box ..."?
She wears only costume jewelry in her pix.

Is the chain plausible here? Or is he leaning away to display this symbol?
All these people feel very faintly off, but do not feel like COTHS.
Is it a true story or are they human actors, or is there some other explanation?
These people feel "too clean". On normal people, i can usually get some vibe of evil associates or relatives.
While i am on this subject, i might as well post some older articles that have been mystifying me for some time...

This one has been nagging at me for almost a year. Joe and i have blasted these people a lot but  no explanation has come to light:

Down and out in Sin City: Photographer (on his honeymoon!) captures the 'dark side' of Vegas and the true divide between Sin City's 'haves and have-nots'
    Kurtz Frausun, a filmmaker and photographer from Dallas, Texas, photographed tourists looking to hit it big at the casinos as well as destitute locals on the street
    He explained that he wanted to explore the stark contrast between the 'Haves and Have-Nots' in Vegas while on his honeymoon with his wife
    The photographer said that there is 'desperation in everyone' in Sin City
    Frausun captured one man rambling outside of the Hard Rock Hotel, desperate to find his mother, and another sleeping on the sidewalk with his dog
    He admitted that he stepped in vomit while photographing a woman leaning against a wall and smoking a cigarette with her mask pulled down

They draw attention to the saxy guy with a big erection. Note where the horizontal smudge is rooted.

All these people feel real, in terms of having the correct mineral composition in their bones, but otherwise feel unreal.
What is the chance that in a crowd this size in Sin City, NONE would be COTHS? NONE MPD? NONE with U base connections? None have demons or spells placed on them? None would have the vibe of having evil parents, friends, co-workers? They all feel the same and too clean.
And this is true of ALL the pix in the article. But in the above pic, seems they went to a lot of trouble to flood the place with extras and omit any other people. Why? It does not add up. And some of the other pix also have multiple people in street scenes, which seem implausible and pointless to stage.

There were times when Joe and i were able to vibe these people up a fair bit, but i still never could figure out more, and then their vibe gradually reverted to homogeneous blandness.

All these people have the exact same vibe as those in the 2 previous posts: physically real but otherwise nowheresville, and faintly "off". Too clean. No silicone or ho vibes, even.

Which only depicts more "washed-out people".

These articles have confounded me for a long time. The notion that the opposition has developed such actors is not so incredible, but that they would bother to use them en masse in banal articles such as the Vegas and Moscow ones does not seem to add up. It would make more sense in a more remarkable hoax of a caliber like the Boston Bombing or Sandy Hook.

Oh yeah, I definitely remember the Vegas article. I definitely remember them vibing up for a while, felt freaky. Think I moved on to something else since we weren't making much progress.

All those folks in the article feel exactly like you say. Too clean, very normal --- but now the phonyness really stands out. Nice.

I wonder if these crowds are training for a phony flash mob maneuver. Which targeted individuals could be led into and tortured, gaslighted, etc. Maybe having people see these articles involves giving our permission for such a mob to exist. Permission for it to happen to us.

That's my guess. But who knows.

Present in a seismic zone, the twin towers fell after a prolonged public campaign against its illegal construction.
