I am very familiar with programming objects, but audio freqs? Then again, i have long been aware that audio can be programmed too. At least, according to a Deepak Chopra (Egyptoid) book i read decades ago, a test was done of people on a beach quietly meditating with the surf sounds being recorded. Although the sound was similar, the recordings when they concentrated on bad emotions had a much different effect on the listener than when they focused on loving, selfless feelings.

But, a reader sent me a quote which i can't find now, where the guy says he REMOVED the programming from an audio recording because it had been ripped off by others and presented as their work on their channel.

Those are from overuse of particular tracks, playing over and over. I never listen to any more than once a day and have noticed no ill effects.

You are right about those 2 examples. I happened to pick those 2 posts where overuse was the cause, probly bcs they were the easiest to understand.
