A reader just told me about this YT channel:

and i don't have experience with it yet, but i notice lots of rave comments that seem authentic. Anyway, it's harmless.

i've listened to Pancreas Regeneration (energetically programmed audio) and i felt different than usual activity on my upper belly near the sternum, on both sides, like 1 inch away from the sternum.

Wow, and i thought they had stamped out all the vid downloaders.

When i tried it in Chrome i got

Whatever the hell that is. But in FireFox, it just prompts me to Open or Save the file. Works fine but no video, only audio! Which is not a problem with this channel, but limits its usefulness for most vids.

Heh, apropos of nothing, note the symbols on the home page of the downloader. there are 3 symbols:
The first is a clock at 3 o'clock, inside 2 concentric partial circles. The next is an infinity symbol. The 3rd is a check-mark in a shield.

MALWARE WARNING!

I was downloading a bunch of these vids but i noticed my downloads manager pop-down in Ubuntu listed a longer download at the bottom, in grey instead of white. No identification. Whenever i moused over it, that line disappeared as long as i had my cursor on it. I meant to stop it before it completed but waited too long. In fact maybe i could not have except by closing the browser. Then maybe it would have re-started as soon as i re-started.

Then the finished download does not show up in Downloads like the other vids do. Then a minute later a McAffee ad pops up in BlackWhiteRed, saying my McAffee (total garbageware in my experience) has expired and i need to renew.
Doing a search of my computer, nothing comes up McAffee.
I am not certain whether this pop-up came from the stealth download or directly from their site.

Now i am getting porn come-ons!
I could not figure out how to remove this from FireFox in Ubuntu, so i uninstalled FireFox and in the middle of re-installing it, i get a naked repticlone butt pop-up. Of course it installed itself outside of the browser i was using.

This is the nasty Masonic mentality. Harrassment under the guise of greed. So much spam and telemarketing and junk mail is for punishing strangers only, even their own kind, just to make the world a worse place. I don't see how it could turn much profit, unless there are more masochistic retards than i realize.

The mistake i made, apparently, was to Allow Notifications when prompted.
I have been hassling with this for hours. Looks like i will format/reload OS later. I am using a different partition OS now.

i see that they do not recommend downloading their files, as some downloaded files may not work.
But they say that YTs own downloader is OK. They call it Redtube. However it is not free.
Considering all that, i think one should at least avoid a downloader that converts Youtubes files to another format, such as MP3.
Using https://yt1s.com/en5 without selecting a file format may be OK, as it seems to just download without converting.
Anyone sensitive enough to check on this?

I have been listening to several of the vids most days; i think it makes a gradual difference.
The Auto Immune Reversal one may have had a more sudden effect. I had a small lingering rough patch of eczema on my elbow which vanished shortly after i listened to this once or twice. But then at the same time my shoulders got itchy and rough, then broke out in mild acne, and my whole back, upper arms, and shoulders felt very dry and itchy at times, and very sensitive to sunlight. Now that seems to be fading away.

Skin issues like this may in part be due to vaccines in early life, according to something i once read somewhere on the internet. I had a lot of shots as a kid as we went to various foreign countries.

That Spotify channel has been very helpful Diego, thanks!

I am loving these two channels. Very useful for helping me reach certain states fast, and they do seem to have a tangible effect after a few days of consistent listening.

I'll share what I've found in a later post. At work for now.
