Then we must quickly delete their account again lest the CIA has intercepted their temporary password. And of the few who do change their password, most still never post. Maybe they realize we are too weird for them, I don't know. They get real quiet, never to be heard from again.

Does the caption make sense? Which healthcare workers? Do we see any obvious ones? And why would they have been inside; shopping? And if these 2 are healthcare workers who were off-duty shopping, why is it even mentioned that they are healthcare workers?

And the article quotes a "Rich Sheehan, spokesman for Boulder Community Health, which operates the facility" Again they work health into it, but does it make sense? The only facility otherwise mentioned is the supermarket. Again, they seem to suggest that the market was a clinic.
Which facility does Boulder Community Health operate if not itself? Why is the phrase "which operates the facility" even there?
The word Health occurs at least 8 more times on the page outside this article, including a headline "Prince Harry says pain of Princess Diana's death left 'a huge hole inside him' in foreword of book for children of health workers who have died during the pandemic"
