Hey guys. I encounter these "transhuman" folk surprisingly often at work. I lack the sensitivity to tell if there's wiring, metal . . .
But if someone had to have metal inside him, it'd be this customer.
I "felt" him enter the room before I saw him. He had this sharp, jarring, buzzy feeling, like his body was full of acid. Yet he walked a little slow and stiff, like he was stuffed with metal.
The guy was designed to be seen. Can't tell much from this pic, but his shirt was an ugly mesh of yellow and black. His right arm was covered in colorful tattoos. He wanted people looking at him, feeling his bizarre qualities.
He is but one of the many I see these days.

It's a little hard to describe what I feel from her . . .
There's a certain deadness to her face, as though it's numbed and you can feel this. And some sort of "intelligence" that feels outside of her. Like she's a drone. Or there's a second brain in there.
I'll have to think of a better way to describe it. And yeah, it's trickier to tell this stuff from a picture.
But if you stand next to one of these freaks, you can tell something is VERY WEIRD.
