New registrants: if you try to register you will get a message that we are not accepting new members. Due to the limitations of this forum software which is not designed to deal with incessant CIA harrassment, we have no alternative but to disable automatic registration, and then we can't change this automatic message. Your account needs to be created by admin before you can post in the forums. Because otherwise, almost all registrants are CIA sock puppets. To get a forum account you need to send a brief presentation email to loohanforum at gee mail dot com, also suggesting a user name. Then we can enable you manually. But before you even do that, take a look around the forum and my site and decide whether you REALLY WANT to join/post, before you jack us around. Most seemingly genuine people who apply fail to even ever log in once to change their password after we go through the work of creating a membership for them. Then we must quickly delete their account again lest the CIA has intercepted their temporary password. And of the few who do change their password, most still never post. Maybe they realize we are too weird for them, I don't know. They get real quiet, never to be heard from again.

GLOSSARY: Sometimes unusual terminology or abbreviations are used that with some luck you might find defined here.

Whereby.com room

I now have a Whereby room.  https://whereby.com/mordscastle  The room is open 24 hours a day, but I'm only in it usually from around 10 am to 10 pm, Central Daylight Time.  Right now, that puts me 5 hours behind GMT or UTC.  I come and go and do my normal daily things.  My cats show up on camera sometimes.  Sometimes I play the guitar.  I have a good friend named Fran that shows up most of the time and another good friend who has popped in a couple times with his guitar to play and sing.  Jeaux has stopped in a few times as well.  He has promised to play his guitar at some time in the future and maybe his keyboard, if he can get it to produce sound again.  There is no agenda other than having a place to meet and talk and entertain each other.  With the lockdowns because of the virus, it might be a good way to feel connected to others while isolated physically.  Anyone can use the room so if you are not able to get on while I am on, that is OK.  If you know others in your timezone you can invite them to the room.  Right now there is a limit of 4 connections to the room, but that can be changed if enough people want to get on at the same time.  So don't think of it as my room.  Instead think of it as our room.  You only need a browser to use the room.  If you have a microphone and/or a camera, that can make it easier but there is also a chat feature for anyone without a mic... or anyone who is mic shy and doesn't want to talk.

Look forward to seeing some of you in there in the future.

The room has been discontinued.

Re: Whereby.com room

Yeah, it's actually a good time, certainly worth a visit. I'm around a few times a week these days.

Mordok plays his guitar, sings sometimes. Usually older country and folksy songs. I usually use the time to cut up a new HC, or do work on some items of mine.

My guitar skills are at approximately 0%, so don't expect to see me play anytime soon. But if anyone wants to come by and say hi, you might find us both hanging out there.

Also Mordok's friend John jams with him sometimes. It's actually nice to hear. They're good at what they do.

Re: Whereby.com room

Just so you know, you do not have to register with Whereby just to enter someone's room.  You can use your name, a nickname or let it call you Guest.  It is informal so black tie is optional.  Subjects covered in conversations vary widely from musical to energy.  Sometimes targets are found, sometimes attackers are found.  Sometimes I'm tied up with running Spoofville that I don't say anything for long periods of time or I might have to suddenly stop playing to address attackers.  Want to test your skills and devices on attackers, stop in, I'm likely to either be attacked at the time or will be soon.  Just don't ask me to tell you who they are or where they are.  If you see my head bobbing you know I'm attempting to do something with energy that is disharmonious to me.

I'm shortening the hours I spend in the room because of recent attacks.  The room itself is always open, 24/7, for anyone to use if you don't want to create your own room.  Or at least as long as Whereby is up and running that is.

And let us not forget the cats.  They are often in the background and sometimes the foreground.  Stop in and see if you can spot them.
