NYPD cop's bodycam footage appears to show the moment he 'planted a small bud of marijuana in the drink holder {drink holder!} of a car' after stopping the driver for a broken tail light {Duh... Dumb cop forgot all about that camera!}
    Officers Kyle Erickson and Elmer Pastran stopped Jason Serrano in March 2018 {3/18}
    The officers pulled over a woman who was driving the car Serrano was riding in
    They claimed the car had a broken tail light before claiming it smelled like weed
    Cops then asked them to step out of the car so that they could search the vehicle
    During the search, Erickson appeared to plant a small bud of marijuana in the car
    Serrano was then arrested and ended up taking a plea deal to avoid jail time
    Both NYPD officers are still patrolling Serrano's Staten Island neighborhood
