To get a forum account you need to send a brief presentation email to loohanforum at gee mail dot com, also suggesting a user name. Then we can enable you manually. But before you even do that, take a look around the forum and my site and decide whether you REALLY WANT to join/post, before you jack us around. Most seemingly genuine people who apply fail to even ever log in once to change their password after we go through the work of creating a membership for them. Then we must quickly delete their account again lest the CIA has intercepted their temporary password. And of the few who do change their password, most still never post. Maybe they realize we are too weird for them, I don't know. They get real quiet, never to be heard from again.

Wheat: 200 Clinically Confirmed Reasons Not To Eat It

I read through this exact site in the link below, in short i see it like this :

I'm not relieved by this knowledge even a bit because with it i can finally  connect poor health condition of my family with wheat as everyone expect me now  is eating it with almost every meal.

So as i was connecting the dots who in family have which symptoms i was looking for mine which i had in past  i couldn't fine all on the list because of specific language in which some of them are written, but i will tell you interesting story:

When i was in grade school i had asthma, when i started to run after few seconds i couldn't breathe normally and i had serious pain in chest and other parts.Doctor advised not to run and gave something to inhale.After some years the problem was less serious, the chest pain disappeared  other symptoms softened.But still running for any distance,no matter slow or fast was pain in the ass so i was avoiding it

In 2015 i started to consciously avoid wheat and it was probably in second half of year that i started to think about running.First run:15 sec ? i don't remember exactly but i remember i had a stopwatch so its almost exact time.Run,walk,run,walk for same time when i was able to run for more time i started to make shorter walks then stopped walking, i was quickly building up the time and after month i was able to run for 40 min without stop  I stopped my running routine because i destroyed my running shoes then my knee running in bad shoes.Its important to note that my breathing was normal, controlled and i wasn't suffocating at all, also the runs were slow.Actually i could call this whole experience  jogging but i came up with this word just now.

I read in one of articles that avoiding wheat and caseine(so actually human and animal milk) can be successful therapy for disorders from autism spectrum.Actually these disorders are produced: first vacines with heavy metals,then wheat and milk, no milk and wheat and its less of a problem, humans are adviced to drink cow milk because its prolong  these disorders also good to note that caseine is like 80% in cow milk while human milk its 25-40 %  also some fuckers even advice to breast feed for few years i can't stand this  ''healthy'' bullshit about drinking milk whole live and eating wheat five times a day

I'm going to abolish wheat and animal milk in my house for everyone(Actually im not even parent so it will be kinda hard) then if it works they will actually start to take me serious as now they think of my diet rather like a problem than a healthy diet.I will write some questions in this thread later but after talk with family when we will be looking for alternatives that can be afforded with our budget.How far they can take it without going nuts.

I  ate few slices of wheat bread today and i feel sick i had hard time when i started writing post cause i couldn't concentrate.I'm not going to eat anything that can contain wheat if im not sure it don't have it.

I was able to come up with few easy questions:
1.Do you eat bread at all ? and  Why don't you eat ?
2.Do you avoid other kind of bread ? and  Why are are avoiding them ?
3.Which flours are you using as substitute in cooking.

Feel free to: write, share your experience, criticize, state the bullshit if you find any on the site or if you can't understand post.

Wheat is nasty. Ruined my life for many years. Especially modern wheat.

I eventually gave up all gluten, and lost my psoriasis.
