White staff on centerline seems significant somehow. Is it normal for a cop to carry a white staff there? Don't know if its intersection with the ribbon means anything, but the ribbon seems a bit superfluous as no members of the public are around.
Also the dark ribbon post is touching the staff, forming a B&W steep V. Actually it does not appear to be holding up the ribbon, just another stick held up by the cop. Is it a scabbard and the white thing a sword? No metal vibe, but even if it was it would be highly illogical there.
